Old but Strange 2- Daynight

I woke up (in dream) and it was light out. My window was open with the screen missing but I decided I didn't care because the weather was so nice. I looked at the clock and saw 1:50AM. The sky was like bright twilight and a bunch of people were puttering around outside totally confused. Some kids were playing softball or something. Someone was yelling a warning to get inside. It felt like there was no power except my clock.
