Valentine's Day

I asked what the state of the world would be like on Valentine's Day 2016.
I briefly saw an image of what appeared to be the Belgium/ Netherlands area. One can hope it is chocolate related as that is really the only reason I want to see a headline involving Belgium right now.

Cool Twice! I would love to see a chocolate related heading as well.....one of my fatal flaws.....need to give up soon....but not quite yet......hahaha
