First of all the nuclear reference is likely due to the fact that the old 1964 "daisy" ad has come into play with this election. The young girl from that famous 1964 nuclear ad is now in a brand new ad supporting Hillary. this new ad is currently airing on TV.
horses cross is likely about the election. It is a horse race and the horses are getting ready to cross the finish line.   Horse clothes likely depends upon what clothes the horses wearing, Republican or Democratic.
