The dream captured an alert on the Emergency Broadcast System which is recieved over local television networks. The news was that a 9.7 earthquake had occurred. The numbers "9" and "7" seemed to convey the idea or sense ofcomplete destruction and finality. Because the broadcast was over the EBS system, I assume it was in the region where I live... Southern California.
