I need an explanation that is simple.
Imagine a big pot of spaghetti for a hundred people.
Now take one strand, cut it into a thousand pieces. Do this for each single strand in the pot.
Find a room the size of the universe full of thousands of year's worth of furniture and all sorts of odds and ends.
Now throw those thousands of pieces of those single stands of spaghetti as far and wide as you can.
Now give those pieces intelligence (while giving them the subliminal desire to return someday to the original strand and the big pot) and wait thousands of years.
Give some pieces the power to control, abuse and prevent all the other pieces from understanding or achieving life's purpose
Now allow some outside entity (ets, ptwtb and some plain old crooks) to mix up and meddle with the whole kit and caboodle. This is known as free will and all pieces get to choose their own path.
Periodically give some pieces a hint of where and why they are where and why they exist. Let these pieces become leaders of the pieces that feel this "
