On business travel leaving behind a rental car

In my dream, I was on business travel with 3 other people. The "manager" was a lady, I did not recognize her. For some reason I had a rental car that was at a location, I don't remember where, but we were going to go past that location to go to an airport, leaving my rental car behind. We went back to a hotel (again not sure where) where we all got our luggage, but it was not where I had my rental car, and it was not near the airport.
