Visitors from another realm

I heard a male voice say this as I was waking this am: "There is a council of hierarchies coming to earth." I wrote that down word for word. I f I don't write it down, I forget it immediately, . .It just goes away.

There was a lot more before it but I only remember a bit. . .a picture of a blonde woman beside a motorcycle. her saying that it was her tool. . . .to awaken. . . .one by one. . . Her words were very beautiful and a lot more poetic there might have even been music with it.

The feeling I got is they are calling a "truce" -- but that is my interpretation.
