Okay this entire run sounds to me like there will be some kind of high profile function at a golf resort (in the restaurant / with food) near the beach in a sunny place and someone will secretly be there and kill someone important. Perhaps it will happen live on TV? (I read fox context as "fox in henhouse" but could be related to FOX as eagle1 said).
