Strange snowstorm

I was riding my bike out of my neighborhood on a normal late spring day. As I approached the entrance, it began snowing heavily. I was shocked as I live near the Gulf Coast and snow is rare in the Winter and unheard of in late Spring. I turned my bike around to go back toward my house. As I started to go past a woman headed in the opposite direction I told her, "hey, it's snowing out there!"
