whirlwind device

i couldnt figure out where to place this dream plus I had a hard time remembering it. It starts out at some beach some where and I find some kind of artifact/device on the beach. A whirlwind starts to spin around me displacing the water with it. My uncle looks to me and says, "you can't have negative thoughts when you use that." This is all I can remember about the dream.
