Start of Dream:  I am standing in an apartment building. I look out the window and see other tall apartment buildings in the area.  Then I look out the window and see water rising. Don't know where it's coming from.  It rises to over the tops of the buildings. I don't see people anywhere and cannot understand why I don't see people in the water.  Then the water recedes.

Rewind: I know the water is coming so I walk through the apartment making sure the windows are shut tight.  I am trying to understand if there is another place to go to be safe. I am thinking maybe a boat so it would just float up with the water.  
I see people now and they have time to prepare so I tell a teenage girl to go to the Library and get books to read. I walk her to the Library and it is closing. I beg them to let us in and they said ok, you have 10 minutes because I need to go and prepare for the rising water.  We go in and the girl picks out books.  We go back to the apartment and I check the windows again.  The water is rising again. I am curious as to why the windows are not being broken by the pressure of the water.  End of Dream  

Afterthoughts: People knew what to do, like they were prepared.

This is interesting because I said Grenada might be hit with a hurricane and that it would be water and storm surge that would be the main concern. Maybe it will be a Tsunami instead. Grenada is predicted to be the first to be hit with the tsunami if it happens.
