Note: The words 'bombs alone bottom mall' are in the February 2015 Full Moon run.
So, a contractor is about to build something in an ‘old cow pasture’ that was a former bomb range and fire crews are out there looking for potentially hazardous old bombs. Five to seven acres would make for a nice strip mall, wouldn’t it? Unless someone who lives there can report back to NDC, we may never know what will be built.

The actual event happened in May 2014. I’m not sure how to present this. But the words are mostly all in the article including ‘papers’ = paper towels, ‘Events lines summer’ could mean the event headlined over the summer. The BMW stunt interrupted ‘expected comfortable traffic’. You have to drive northwest from UC Santa Barbara Campus to get to Isla Vista. The rest explains itself.

(Watch for an evacuation of a town called Shepherd in TX, MI or MA)
The mall wasn’t evacuated but I guess we could say that Shepherd was evacuated. This is a BIG story and having the last name of one of the charged show up in this NY 2015 Run can’t be coincidental. Noon could be interpreted as meaning “12 o’clock high” referencing daylight ‘bombing/shooting’ missions against Nazi Germany during WWII. Nazi is mentioned in the article.
