I dreamt I was a life guard at the local community center pool all summer. I was a skinny teenaged boy with dark hair. The part I remember was short and very vivid.
I was being let go at the end of the season and was being handed my pay for the entire job. I eagerly ripped open the envelope to find the pay check stub and no check. The other object in the envelope was a mostly used tube of Dr.Pepper flavored Chapstick.
I was incredulous to say the least. I examined the tube and could see small meter marks, like a gas gauge, 1/2, 3/4, etc. The thing had only 1/4 of the chapstick in it. I was chapped, I suppose you could say!
