I am not sure how it all begins.. The time is cold damp looking the skys a bluish tint to them filled with clouds.. There is snow and Ice around us but we are all huddled in a Parking ramp or fallen building. There are scores of us we have bond fires burning in barrels standing around us and someone is in front telling us to just wait have patience. That someone is coming to teach us how to be like a roving nurse or doctor to treat people for their afflictions.
Along comes an RN she has a set of scrub uniforms on all dirty and tattered.. a blue coat.. she stands before the group all huddled around the barrel fires trying to stay warm.. She begins to teach us Triage and what to look for.
Everyone seems dirty and hungry some have paper and straw stuffed in their clothing to stay warm..
