Subway virus and London penthouse

I was with a friend of mine and we were travelling on a very large subway system. Withing in the car, there were extremely sick people. New people would enter, and they would fall ill. I never caught it. At the peak of thier symptoms, they would hemorrhage blood then explode in a spray of blood.

I left the car and ran along the tracks, perhaps above the trains themselves. I reached the end, and went into a penthouse. I identified the outside through a window as London, England. I explored it a bit. Inside the penhouse there was an orgy.
