P1_07 The word 'terrorists' on paper

I was shown a sheet of paper and on it were typed the words, "This is a .....terrorists......:" followed by a long list of single words with one of them in bold. I have no idea what the rest of the sentence said or what the list of words were. My intuition tells me it was a list of things that terrorists can do.
