I'm in S. Louisiana and if it doesn't stop raining so much here I am going to throw some Crawfish under my house and raise my own! Thankfully we are not flooding. I have been through floods, hurricanes & tornado's in the past and I have a very strong dislike about it. So I can empathize with you all who are going through rough weather times right now.
Yes, I agree that energy can be used to manipulate the weather because I did it once. I never thought about it having to go somewhere else. DLP, why do you say the energy has to go somewhere else, why can't it just go "poof" and disappear? Guess I don't think on a scientific level.
I also think there is a base under Ft. Sam in San Antonio where there are scientist doing freaky experiments with energy and who knows what all else.
