David Grohl from the Foo Fighters fell off the stage last night during a concert in Sweden, broke his leg, and returned from the hospital to finish the concert , with medic in tow.  
There have been hints to this in the bot runs for the past few days.

"So, look," Grohl told the audience. "You have my promise, right now, that the Foo Fighters -- we're going to come back -- and finish this show."
Grohl then asked drummer Taylor Hawkins to take over for a while. Now I am going to go find those recent Taylor runs to see if they are connected.
It is important to note what a Foo Fighter actually is because it is in one of the runs.
