Here it is. Well, actually, its now a step closer to "bending weed unnecessary sick."
We now have the "Bending Weed" part of the lingo, now just a matter of time before the first case of "Unnecessary Sick."
Now a bit of conspiracy here. The news link came from Drudge and it said, "MONSANTO DEVELOPS GMO POT." However, when you click on the link, it went to "article not found" at the Wisconsin Ag site. Here's a snapshot of Drudge followed by the link that Drudge had:

Interestingly, if you do a google search, it comes up with the exact same link.
