Wait a second....where did my post go? I already answered Sherriann's question. What the.....???
Neighborhood and the other are seen as two separate words and the bot counts each one separately. Maybe in time we can have an automatic coagulator that combines certain topic areas, but my last trial of the archetype model really dragged down not just my database, but my whole computer. Probably would have to do it in php code online.
