Really, there is only one flag in the news lately.
The Confederate Flag
Congratulations has been paired with Flag in the 2 recent bot runs where Flag has appeared.. Perhaps the dreambotrun is congratulating S. Carolina on the push to remove the flag? (Can dreambotruns do that? Sometimes it appears they can in fact to that.)
