This is very similar to the land yacht: Ford station wagon
I think it appeared as a metaphor. Something big and sturdy, capable of not only carrying a lot of people but of plowing through a dream building.
Speaking of the building: It looked all warm and inviting, with a real "come on in!" feel to it but it gave an "off" vibe.
Reading over the dream again, another thing jumped out at me: I'm standing there, basically minding my own business(whatever it was), and the pram runs into me. I wasn't intentionally blocking the pram but it seemed unable to maneuver around me. Like I was some sort of roadblock.
The other people: I suspect they may be people I meet at some point. I'd love to know who the guy was. He seemed to have some information I didn't but mainly because he was game for my crazy idea.
My overall feeling is I got a head's up in regards to whatever/whoever is coming my way.
