So have a listen to episode 309 listed above, and then look at this chunk of our run above. To me it seems to be describing the AI they've built underlying Jade Helm.
And that this robot AI hates something, or something hates it. It's growing- 8 track tapes used to be used for data storage of Bits (&bytes), and were often pushed around on storage carts. Well servers these days are often on racks with wheels, monstrous type carts! The AI is viewing the surface of our human domain through its hardware layer - cameras. Sensors, data streams of all sorts. And to think all those robot movies out there warned humanity of the potential folly of building machines that could become sentient. Humanity didn't listen!
