I posted this in a 'September' thread but I thought I would put it here also.  It parallels your dream.

I read it. I will be upfront and say I do not and have never subscribed to the "Nesara"/ "Galactic federation"/ "Cobra" movements. 
But I did read the article. We will see if she is right about the quake or if I am right. Either way, we Californians will die en masse   No one wins with an Earthquake above 7.0
