Reactor accident with release of hot molten metal

I was watching a nuclear reactor and the plant personnel were attempting to bring the reactor back on line but not in the usual way.  Something had happened and they need the reactor back on line and the method they were using was not normal and extremely unsafe but the ones in charge would not listen or did not fully understand the consequences of their decision.  The restart was attempted three times and on the third time there was a delay in starting cooling which lead to a super-critical event and the core was damaged and I saw a melted core.
