I'm struck by the mention of different months in the run: August, November, and July. While I have no news articles to back up anything, but considering all the references to September being THE month for stuff happening, I have a hunch the bot is giving us a timeline of sorts. Think snowballs rolling down hill/avalanches. All the conditions were set into place in July, the first cracks appeared in August, then everything cuts loose in September and possiblly carrying over into October, and November will be the month when the fallout becomes apparent.

Just a thought.
