Holy moly, Twice! Wow!
I woke up this morning wondering if the people dreams part of the phrase had to do with an aboriginal tribe of some sort. You confirmed my suspicion.
It would need to happen before Mother Earth decides she's had enough and deals with the human infestation harming her. She's done it before, she'll do it again if her survival depends on it.
