crying odd related tree break child
Oddly, there have been two incidences of tree or tree limbs falling and hitting children. The most recent was in Yosemite and the fallen limb killed 2 youths.
This is day residue.

Perhaps something happens at a Nascar race, a horse racing track or some other racing event which lead the people or those in the stands (pew) to want police action. If we add ear plugged into the mix, it might suggest a Nascar race or a swimming race.
