it was a quasi- religious/pagan FESTIVAL that signifies burning one's sins of the past. Religious parades, etc.
Let's see if the Dalai Lama comes out to do something along with Il Papa around UN time- not to be upstaged but he is humble so would not consider it.
Speaking of humble, Il Papa humbly regarded his new 'throne' as it was dubbed on Dredge Headlines, for the mass. Interestingly, Buddhist services also place
the head Lama in or on a throne-like chair. Quite kingly I should say.

Let's not forget that a FART gets blasted from a BUTT, and is either funny or embarrassing or both. Could be metaphoric for
some famous UNCLE/politician who will be publicly embarrassed or creation of something with a smelly NATURE..
