this whole run points squarely to a gueriila invasion of young fighters, perhaps specifically on orders to incite a civil war in the form of a race war. They are approaching like a distant flood of armed bears creeping low through the woods. They are to mix in with the target populations, they may be noticed by gutter slang. At night time they are out and hostile experimenting with new ways to incite violence. Watch for regional grid down in some fashion, possibly cell or internet towers being targeted.
