One of my daily prayers is that I be filled with the holy Spirit everyday to keep me balanced. We need this so we can pray in all situations.
When I ask what else I need to do all I get is "the basics". I have a feeling it will be a spiritual shift more than physical. There are many STS (service to self) people in this world. They will agree to anything as long as it benefits their sense of entitlement.
