Yea, that works...unfortunately.
The only things I can think of that a terrorist would want to attack in the Dakota area would be a pipeline or Mt. Rushmore.  I wonder if there is a big event at a hotel in one of the states that would  attract a terrorist? OMG - I WAS THINKING OF THIS today after looking at a photo of Mt Rushmore. I was going to post it (you beat me to it- or better yet shall I say- "Get outof my head woman!" *lol*)
I also think and feel strongly that this Pope fellow is over rated and getting way too much press. Ad nauseum. I've had about enough of him by now, like eating left over mashed potatoes for the thirteenth day- or worse yet- left over turkey for weeks. .

On 9-17-15 art hour (followed) timer dakota wed had convinced dream automatic shook.  There is a Museum of Art in Grand Fork, North Dakota. I wonder if something happens in Grand Fork.  Mt. Rushmore is also art.

Also, there are the Dakota Native Americans.

Add the Dakota hotel in SAN FRANCISCO! It shakes in San Fransisco.

And San Francisco was named for St. Francis, the same St. Francis the Pope took his name for I believe.
