This was published the day after the Project September 2015 Report was posted.
Talk about near future and 'water born illness'. This particular prediction was a prediction about anywhere in the world.The virus was dumped into a major river and because people are being re-vaccinated and being told to avoid the water, etc., it is affecting many.
Trouble is, it happened on September 2.
Did anyone see anything about this anywhere before September 19?

Dumping polio virus into a river then coming out with polio vaccines paralyzing children(regardless of location) is an example of how this affects the mass consciousness into reality. Somewhere along the line whomever is responsible for such an atrocity or the 'cause' of such, may get bolder. Then we would see an epic event.
