This NY Times article above points to a 'surveillance trend' that interestingly connects with Project September visions of health.
The project spanned concerns for outbreaks, growing trends on vaccines (and side effects) droughts and lack of clean water and food sources that are not altered, poisoned with carcinogenic GMO glycogens, MSG, flourides et al that would cause more people to need health care, hospitals or even insurance.
Hospitals too were in dreams.
I see a clear link between signing up (registering) for health insurance and the need to surveillance for it in order to 'guide' the peeps' choices and behavior.
