This is definitely a music run!
piano concert initiated coin flood meditated- sounds like a music fundraiser, maybe like the one they had after 9-11 and the Haiti earthquake. Coin flood would be the donations flooding into the telethon,concert.  I would guess it is for Paris or Paris and something like Paris.  Likely famous musicians, perhaps initiated by EU/UK bands ( my guess).  Look for one to be announced soon.
