You know what would help immensely in this seemingly circus-type agenda is to simply release the black technologies into the unclassified, commercial world. Problem solved in less than 5-10 years. Oh wait, that would eliminate wars too, and the need for a debt-based monetary system. Never mind, forget I said anything.
