Nope, no asthma. I used to take echinacea, and vitamin D3 too but got lazy and stopped. Exciting that D3 can help with insomnia though! I read a post somewhere that it helped the person sleep more deeply. And that would help with the sleep cycles and dreaming. I'll report back on the results either way. And now, it's off to bed for me!!!
