"Offer virus dove" could also indicate the current state of countries in Central and South America (predominantly Catholic) coming to grips with the Zika virus. Most of these countries have issued dire warnings to all their female citizens to completely refrain from sexual activity, until more is known about the virus and its lethal effects on the developing fetus. Point is ... no one in their right mind believes that a simple warning will keep people from having sex ... we currently have the Carnival in Rio, and other Mardi Gras activities, where debauchery and sexual promiscuity aren't exactly frowned upon! Thus, all of these countries are now pleading with the Vatican to "temporarily" loosen its restriction on contraception and birth control. The Vatican has no comment. I have little doubt, that all these countries' ambassadors in Rome are asking the Vatican to reconsider.

Virus = the fast-growing Zika epidemic.
Dove = spirituality or an official religious position.
The Zika virus is expected to hit the US mainland in full force by this summer, and the US CDC is already issuing a similar suggestion to American women, to abstain from sexual activity until further information is known about the virus, if it can be treated (currently, there is no treatment, and newborns, if born alive, die shortly after birth), and whether a vaccine is even possible.
