I think the red ants are those (powers that be that are against the constitution of the USA) that are within the country (USA) that are red (communistic?) plucking the eagles feathers bloodied (rendering the power of the US consitution useless by removing certain Supreme Court Justices that do not represent the "red ants" views. Just a thought.

Hmmm.  I wonder what the red ants mean? The bald Eagles at a court house makes me think of what surely will become a huge fight for our next Supreme Court Justice, though it could just be about a certain case. I wonder if red ants are describing a Chinese or Russian army.  Did you see the environment of the ants?
