Nuclear reactor in WA state: http://www.nucleartourist.com/us/columbia.htm. I'll admit my first thought was the Hanford site, but that's been decommissioned.
Interesting to discover there's a reactor at WSU: http://nrc.wsu.edu/Facilities
Nuclear reactors in Mexico:
Seems Mexico has only one, Laguna Verde, comprised of two units: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laguna_Ver...er_Station

Believe it or not, there was no Wikipedia entry for this one.
According to other articles I read, there was a push on by other SA countries to develop and build nuclear power plants but a lot of that went by the wayside after Fukushima.
