Seriously,  this gig isn't for the faint of heart. It requires you to not only recognize your woundings but to also own them. Sometimes that means facing some really unpleasant things that may have occurred in your past. Fun times.

You have to keep a sense of humor about all this or you could end up in a fetal position, sucking your thumb and twirling your hair.

Hey, the fetal position is quite comfortable! And I didn't suck my thumb, it was my forefinger. And as a small child I pulled out my hair.
But, there's never a better time than the present to get to work. My team is probably jumping up and down for joy. And crossing their fingers.....
