I believe these are Christians dreaming about the Bride of Christ or Bride of the Church. There is the Joel 2:28-29, Promise of the Spirit prophecy, which is repeated elsewhere in the bible but this mention made it a prophecy.
28“It will come about after this
That I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind;
And your sons and daughters will prophesy,
Your old men will dream dreams,
Your young men will see visions.
29“Even on the male and female servants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
There is a Demi Moore movie that uses this as a plot device and the messiah being born on February 29th. I think the movie is called The Seventh Sign. The "moon" on 2/28 would also seem to support this.
There is a HUGE royal power trend about these particular dream runs. Maybe with the "twilight" and Julie's recent dreams it could mean that Queen Elizabeth is soon to leave the earth.
