dream captivity casino dice tribe vision entire school empty - this feels like that it is about Indian gaming. education may be funded by the gaming.  Perhaps there will be a vote to determine if Indian gaming or the expansion of the gaming is a good idea.  Dreaming of a full casino =filling empty education coffers perhaps?

There is an ongoing Indian Casino battle between a tribe and the state of Arizona on wether it should have full gaming on it's property. There is al long history with this particular casino.
