milk cities- Harvey Milk, the murdered gay rights activist, will have a Navy ship named after him. Milk Cities might be related to the cities he lived, San Fransisco, or the Navy.  The ship is being built in San Diego and he served in the Navy in San Diego in the 1950's.  Perhaps something is happening in either of those cities or with the Navhttp://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/07/29/487944304/u-s-navy-to-honor-gay-rights-icon-harvey-milky in those cities.
