AND if indeed this Philipino storm is created by some HAARP-related organization, then why in the heck do they not like the Philippines? These other articles I'll provide discuss how the lower Asiatic area has been hit a whopping 8 times this year. Are all the storms created, and if so by whom, and if so WHY?

One way to break the Philippines back, metaphorically speaking, is to keep hitting them emergencies that drain their coffers so they have no way to keep fighting. Not that China would do such a thing.
