11/25/16 Panic about Ice after Thanksgiving

I believe this is predicting an event with snow and ice which will happen between Thanksgiving and likely the first week of the New Year. Enough time needs to go by to have Thanksgiving behind us and just a memory. There might be an issue with power at the same time. Panic may be involved.
