I think it is pretty cool that 2017 begins the run and 2016 almost ends it. 2016 Rainbow might mean hope after 2016.
cow depot glowing - look for news about dairy farms or cattle ranches.  Glowing might mean strong sales...( i doubt it means radioactive )
gas precious present- gas is a precious gift and may be in short supply somewhere.
