Well, after the marches around the world yesterday, this could be tied.
Battle week- this upcoming week will be a big battle due to leaving neighborhoods (marches in cities held Saturday) It will call (political) powers to bow ( change their tone, change a vote for cabinet members or policy).
powers bow art class weapons fix system arrow- this may have multiple meanings.
Perhaps a Valentine's reference
Might instead be a reference to war. A focus on fixing a weapons program or a problem with weapons which need to be fixed. World Powers bowing out , powers submitting or showing reverence or bending.
ship bring liquid mountain appearance recall - sound slike a Titanic scenario.
dogs con falling intention- perhaps about the controversy about the film "A Dog's Purpose"
