Denial of Dragons in the Chimney

That would be ideal! Unlikely though, since in the dream, the little dragon tries to bite me. But he didn't. Or was he just brushing me gently with his teeth as if to say, "Let us out of here, or we will bite our way out?"

From a story dynamics point of view, it would be better to let the baby dragons go unharmed, so as not to get the house burnt down by the momma dragon. If they were really bats, it might be better to kill them.
But until I get over my denial of dragons (in the dream, I never did), I will be unable to come up with the correct response to the baby dragon problem (let them go), BECAUSE I am in denial about having a dragon problem in the first place...
I might (in the dream) kill them, believing them to be bats, and incur the wrath of the mother dragon when she finds out....
