Sixty children died over 5 days at an Indian hospital that ran out of oxygen. The oxygen supplier claimed it stopped providing the oxygen due to lack of payment from the hospital. If the lack of oxygen was a factor in their deaths, well, slow suffocation would be a "crappy kill," IMO. And, according to the article:
